Coach Milam is focused on executive and professional leadership coaching helping individuals to clarify their goals, build resiliency skills, and create actionable plans to succeed in personal and/or professional development.  Milam helps clients navigate combining the intersection of personal growth, professional development, and career advancement.  She believes in organizational success driven by leaders who are collaborative, accountable, transparent, and willing to communicate with stakeholders to build a strong sense of culture and climate.  

Executive and professional coaching supports individuals with focusing on goal setting, confidence building, decision-making, work-life balance, leadership development, career planning, and self-accountability.
